Event details

What can I expect from the event? The Jazz Room is a soulful experience that transports you straight to the heart of New Orleans. Let yourself be swept away by the sounds of saxophones, trumpets, and rich vocals as talented musicians bring jazz classics to life with spontaneous improvisation. Set in a stylish, intimate bar, this live music journey captures the spirit of this revolutionary genre with rhythm, emotion, and timeless charm.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility)

Zone B (great visibility)

Zone C (good visibility)

Seating is assigned on a first come first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue? Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event? Check per city.
Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit next to my friends? Yes, you will be able to sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We recommend that you arrive early and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Ticket Changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and or time up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase.
